John W. Barnes
Mr. Barnes is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Architecture, and the University of Illinois Law School. He began to practice in California in 1987 and founded John W. Barnes and Associates in Illinois in 1995. Mr. Barnes practices in multiple areas including personal injury litigation, but concentrates in defense of personal injury cases.
Byron P. Mitchell
Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Illinois with degrees in Economics and Finance, and the University of Illinois Law School. He has practiced since 1996, and is former chief associate to the Barnes firm. Mr. Mitchell concentrates in defense litigation of cases involving complex medical issues and lost income, often argued on grounds of proximate causation.
